The story.
The first Jakobs Fight release: a six-track EP built directly around the Psalms. These ancient prayers are the foundation — their fear, grief, trust and praise carried by heavy riffs and a voice that refuses to hold back.
The record moves from despair and calling to God, through the shortness of life and the anguish of abandonment, into trust in the Shepherd through the valley. Then comes a call for the nations to praise, and a final eruption of worship.
Psalm 23 was the first single. Psalm 117 is deliberately extremely short: an explosion of praise rather than a conventional song.
